Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who can build across the entire stack and has hands-on experience with AI coding tools. You’ll be working for a new SaaS product that simplifies accounting tax processes. You’ll own features end-to-end, from database to UI, and help integrate AI capabilities into our product. If you’re comfortable jumping between frontend and backend and enjoy working with modern AI tools and APIs, this is the role for you.

The management team is primarily in USA including a product manager so you’ll need to be available at least some USA business hours (east cost time zone). The rest of the management team is in Sydney, Australia which is where the interviewing team is based.

About the Role

You’ll be building and shipping features that tax accountants interact with every day. This means writing clean, maintainable code on both the frontend and backend, collaborating closely with product and design, and bringing AI-powered features to life. We need someone who can move fast, solve problems independently, and deliver work that just works.

Key Responsibilities

       Build and maintain features across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to backend services and databases

       Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services

       Develop responsive, performant user interfaces with modern frontend frameworks

       Integrate AI/ML capabilities into the product, including working with LLMs, embeddings, and AI APIs

       Write clean, tested, and well-documented code

       Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

       Collaborate with product and design to turn requirements into technical solutions

       Debug and resolve issues across the stack

       Optimise application performance and scalability

       Stay current with emerging technologies, particularly in the AI space

Requirements

       4+ years of professional software development experience

       Strong proficiency in frontend development (React, Vue, or similar frameworks)

       Strong proficiency in backend development (Node.js, Python, Go, or similar)

       Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases

       Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration, such as working with OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs

       Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, or RAG architectures

       Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

       Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

       Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

       Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders

       Build and ship features rapidly using AI-assisted workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot)

 

Nice to Have

       Experience fine-tuning models or working with ML pipelines

       Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI frameworks

       Contributions to open-source projects and a passion for staying on top of the latest advancements in AI coding and development.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Department 

AtOn Location, the Product Management function for the Olympic Games sits at the intersection ofpremium hospitality, ticketing systems, and large-scale event operations. Program Details 

We offer internship opportunities across IMG, On Location, Professional Bull Riders (PBR), TKO Corporate, UFC, and WWE. Locations include New York City, Atlanta, Austin, Raleigh, Dallas, Fort Worth, Las Vegas, and Stamford, CT. All internships are in the office and in-person, unless otherwise noted. 

In addition to hands-on experience and exposure to the global sports and entertainment industry, interns participate in events such as welcome/farewell sessions, a speaker series featuring company leaders, and career training workshops addressing everything from LinkedIn profile enhancement to resume building, interviewing skills, and networking. 

Internships are 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, or standard local working hours in the intern location.  

Important Dates 

  • By January 30th: Internships are posted to our career sites. 

  • February 28th: Applications will be accepted through this date. 

  • March 1st to March 27th: Recruiters will contact candidates and begin the interview process.

The Solution Consultant is responsible for engineering and designing secure, scalable, wired/wireless, and IIoT solutions that span sensors to cloud, utilizing Belden’s best in class secure network switching, routing, wireless, and software solutions.  They are a critical business partner to our clients and sales teams by enabling IT / OT Convergence Solutions and Physical AI applications across focused industry verticals.  This key position is responsible for helping fuel our solutions growth, leveraging Belden’s full suite of products, solutions and services. 

 

Successful Candidates Will:

 

  • Leverage their robust technical skills, consultative competencies and vertical expertise to solve customer challenges using Belden solutions, services and support offerings
  • Translate customer requirements and problem statements into compelling technical solutions with demonstrable financial impact
  • Recognize and utilize validated architectures to deliver vertical and use case specific solutions with heightened value
  • Utilize Automation and Tooling to deliver accelerated opportunity velocity & win rates
  • Deliver Bookings from solutions, products, services and SLA’s facilitating customer success and continued stakeholder engagement
  • Propose secure solutions inclusive of Digital Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and third-party elements
  • Expand influence within end customer, SI, EPC & engineering communities within the AMS Region
  • Develop and co-create proof-of-concepts delivering significant operational and / or financial impact
  • Facilitate quality handovers to internal execution teams; Identify process or solution improvement priorities and emerging technology trends requiring Belden solutions
  • Secure customer commitment through best-in-class solutions, service and post-sale support programs

 

Education & Experience

 

  • 5-7 years of experience designing or implementing solutions (L1/L2, Wireless), Software and / or Services for large or complex client networks in Material Handling, Discrete / Automotive, or Process Markets
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences, communications or engineering is preferred, with a focus on wired & wireless networking, data platform/visualization, LAN / WAN & Ethernet based communications
  • Experience working with cross functional teams including Solution Architects, Solution Line Managers, Product Managers, Sales and Marketing
  • Track Record of successfully consulting with clients to identify and resolve critical network challenges
  • Experience utilizing automation tools that guide the creation of: Executive summary, scope of work, network architecture, physical & logical topology and data flow, bill of materials, and service & SLAs

 

Capabilities:

 

  • Demonstrate the ability to translate complex or technical requirements with non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge and understanding of key technology and market trends, and competitors’ solutions.
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and the ability to work within a metric driven environment
  • Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced work environment
  • Demonstrate a pro-active, flexible, and pragmatic approach
  • Nice to have certifications: ISA or CSIA
  • Experience working with DCS (Distributed Control Systems) preferred
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required to perform the duties of the role (50% + frequency of travel)

About the Role

We’re looking for a customer-obsessed Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to own the go-to-market strategy for WEX’s fleet solutions, including our growing portfolio of electric vehicle (EV) offerings. You’ll be responsible for shaping how we position our fleet card solutions, communicate the value of EV adoption, and drive adoption across traditional and emerging fleet segments.

This is a role for a PMM who thrives on clarity and execution—someone who can distill customer and market insights into go-to-market strategies, build the content and collateral sales teams need, and ensure every launch lands with impact.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Own positioning, messaging, and GTM strategy

  • Define and evolve messaging pillars, value propositions, and sales narratives tailored to fleet managers, from traditional fuel to EV.

  • Translate technical capabilities (like charging integrations and route optimization) into compelling stories that resonate with buyers.

  • Use customer and market insights to sharpen our differentiation in both fuel and EV segments.

Drive launches and adoption

  • Lead cross-functional go-to-market efforts for new EV features, fleet partnerships, and charging integrations.

  • Build adoption programs that help customers onboard quickly and see value from their first use.

  • Ensure launches deliver clear, measurable impact in awareness, usage, and customer satisfaction.

Enable sales and marketing to win

  • Build and maintain battlecards, pitch decks, and persona-based playbooks for fleet and EV buyers.

  • Deliver ongoing updates and competitive insights that empower sales teams to position WEX effectively.

  • Partner with Revenue Marketing on targeted campaigns to drive acquisition and adoption.

Fuel customer and market insight

  • Conduct primary and secondary research with fleet managers, including customer interviews and win/loss analysis.

  • Track industry trends (including EV adoption curves, regulatory shifts, and competitive activity) to identify opportunities.

  • Measure adoption, funnel velocity, and win rates to make data-driven recommendations.

Who You Are

  • A motivated, data-driven product marketer who’s eager to own a portfolio and grow your expertise.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing to execute go-to-market strategies.

  • Customer-obsessed—you lead with insight, empathy, and curiosity about fleet operators and their EV transition.

Experience You’ll Bring

  • 3–5 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in product marketing or related roles in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or mobility.

  • Experience building go-to-market strategies, messaging, and enablement content.

  • Strong analytical and research skills; proven ability to validate assumptions and surface insights.

  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills.

  • Experience with fleet, energy, or EV industries a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field.

The base pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position. Non-sales roles are typically eligible for a quarterly or annual bonus based on their role and applicable plan.
